By using this website or booking a session, you accept these terms. Proxy Relaypoint provides technical analysis education and journal review only. Content is not investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice; it does not recommend a security or guarantee any financial result. You remain responsible for every trading decision.
Bookings and conduct
A booking is confirmed when date, format, rate, and payment instructions are agreed in writing. Participants must not share another person’s financial records or confidential journal without permission. We may end a session involving abuse, solicitation, or requests to place or direct trades.
Intellectual property
Site text, lesson sheets, original annotations, and brand materials belong to Proxy Relaypoint unless stated otherwise. You may use supplied worksheets for personal study but may not resell, publish, or teach from them without written permission. You retain ownership of your submitted journal material and grant us only the limited right to review it for the requested session.
Availability and liability
We aim for accurate educational material but do not warrant that every statement is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Proxy Relaypoint is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, market-data errors, or indirect damages. Liability for a paid session is limited to the amount paid for that session, except where Georgian law does not permit such a limit.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (GE), and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Georgia. We may revise these terms for future use; the version presented when a booking is confirmed applies to that booking. Contact contact@proxyrelaypoint.world with questions.
