Cancellation timeframe
Cancel a confirmed private session at least 48 hours before its start for a full refund of session fees paid. A cancellation 24–48 hours before start is eligible for a 50% refund or one reschedule. Fees are non-refundable within 24 hours, although documented emergencies are considered individually.
Rescheduling and no-shows
One reschedule requested at least 24 hours in advance carries no charge. A second change may require a new booking. Missing a session without notice is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. If Proxy Relaypoint cancels, you may choose a new time or a full refund.
Preparation already started
For custom journal audits, preparation begins once submitted charts are accepted. If you cancel after written preparation has begun, the reasonable completed portion may be deducted and the balance refunded. Any separately agreed, non-recoverable printing or room-hire cost is non-refundable; such costs are disclosed before purchase. Standard private clinics do not require a separate deposit unless confirmed in writing.
Group places
Review-circle places can be transferred to another suitable participant with prior notice. A full refund is available up to five days before the circle, after which a refund depends on whether the place can be filled.
Requesting and receiving a refund
Email contact@proxyrelaypoint.world with your name, session date, and cancellation request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Bank processing can add time. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Georgian law.
