Controller and information collected
Proxy Relaypoint is the data controller for information collected through this site and our training enquiries. We may receive your name, email, phone number if you provide it, preferred date, session choice, message, and chart or journal files voluntarily sent after contact. Do not send brokerage credentials or unnecessary financial records.
Purpose and legal basis
We use information to answer enquiries, assess session fit, administer bookings, deliver requested clinics, meet accounting duties, protect the service, and comply with law. The basis is performance of a requested service, legitimate interests in running and securing the practice, consent where specifically requested, and legal obligations.
Retention and sharing
Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Booking and transaction records are retained as Georgian law requires. Submitted chart material is normally deleted within 90 days after the final session unless you ask us to retain it for a follow-up. We share data only with necessary hosting, email, professional-adviser, or payment providers under appropriate obligations; we do not sell it.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Georgia. Where that occurs, we use contractual and organizational safeguards appropriate to the destination and information involved.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Email contact@proxyrelaypoint.world. You may also complain to the relevant Georgian data-protection authority.
